Learn how to publish a gallery, embedding into a website or sharing on social media
Accessing the Publish
Click on “Publish” (1)on the main menu.
Click on “Art Gallery” (2). A screen will open showing all the publishing options.
The gallery is already available at URL shown below (3)
To view it, just click on the green icon (4) or click on the copy icon (5) and paste the URL in a browser’s window. Clicking on the grey icon we can also generate a QR code to print and get a direct access to the URL of the Gallery.
We can also directly share the link via email or any social media with just a click (6)
To get a “Friendly Link”, which is a shorter and easier URL for the gallery, justcoose and type a custom name In this case, we’ll use “BenGallery”, as shown in (7)
If we have an existing website, we can integrate our gallery into the homepage or any other webpage.
Just go to “Embed Code” (8), copy the code and paste into the page of your website.
We can publish or unpublish our gallery using the green switch “Status” (9): when “Activated”, the gallery is available and accessible through the URL, otherwise when is red, the gallery is not accessible.
View the gallery in Virtual Reality.
Depending on your subscription plan, we can also view and share our gallery in « virtual reality mode » (10), which means accessing the gallery in an immersive experience, putting our smartphone inside a passive VR visor (Google Cardboard, etc…) via the link or a friendly link.
Protect you Gallery with a password
To make our Gallery « Private » go to the “Protection” (11) section to set a password to enter the gallery.
Choose the password to use and optionally add a Title and a Description (message) which can be shown in the access page. Once done, click “Save”.
Restrict Gallery with a Contact form
Instead of using a password, in the “Protection” section, we can request visitors to fill in a form with their data in order to access the gallery.
In the Type select “Leads” (12).
Choose a Title and a Description (message) which can be shown in the access page.
Choose which fields to show (Enabled) and which are mandatory (Required).
If you want to get a notification email after each form submission, just flag the checkbox ‘Send notification’ and enter your Email Address.
Once done, click “Save”.
Publish a Gallery for a limited time (Start and End date)
The “Expiring Dates” option allows to set a timeframe to publish our gallery only within certain dates. Choose a Start Date and End Date to make it publicly available. You can also optionally add a Redirect url to open a different page before and after the choosen dates.
By following these steps, our gallery if be published and ready to be shared or embedded into a website!
