Easily set up a new room within your virtual gallery by following these steps. You can use predefined templates or upload your own 360-degree images to customize your space.
Accessing the Room Creation Feature
Click on “My Art Gallery” in the main menu.
Click on “Rooms”.
Select the gallery by choosing its name from the top center of the page.
Click the green “+” icon (1) in the top-right corner to create a new room.
Creating a New Room
A popup window will appear.
Enter the room’s name, example, “First Room” (2).
Choose between using a Template (3) or uploading a 360-degree image by clicking Browse (4).
If uploading a 360-degree image, ensure it is equirectangular (2:1 ratio) with a resolution of 8000 x 4000 px and a file size under 3 MB.
Templates include different styles such as Modern Warm, Modern Cold, and Classic, with predefined spaces for paintings.
The number of available templates depends on your subscription plan.
Select the “Modern Cold Small Rectangular” template (5).
Click “Create” (6).
Editing and Customizing the Room
Once created, six icons will appear:

Markers (8)
Hotspot (9)
Measures (10)
Duplicate (11)
Delete (12)
Click on Edit (7).
Adjusting Room Settings
In the Settings Tab, you can:
Modify the room name (13).
Set different names for multiple languages using the flag icon (14).
Copy and share the room’s unique link (15).
Set Transition Effects and Auto Rotation (16).
In the Preview/Adjust Tab, you can:
Adjust the initial view by moving the mouse and clicking Set (17).
Take a Screenshot (18), which will be saved automatically.
Additional Customization Options
At the top right, there are five key options:
View (19): Change the room’s thumbnail.
North (20): Set an orientation point for maps or floor plans.
Positions (21): Edit the detailed viewing positions within the room.
Effects (22): Adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, and blur.
Bulk (23): Apply Initial Position, North, and Effects to all rooms in the gallery.
Adding Content to the Room
In the Content Tab, you can:
Add Annotations (title and description for visitors).
Upload an Audio file (MP3) (24) with loop and volume control.
Upload an Avatar (MOV/WEBM) (25) for interaction.
Protecting the Room
In the Protect Tab, you can:
Set a passcode or a form for access.
Expand the Menu (26) for options like Passcode, Leads, or Mailchimp Signup Forms.
Enabling Multiple Room Views
In the Multiple Rooms Views Tab, you can:
Load different versions of the same room (example, day vs. night view).
Set Type (27), Duration View (28), and Fade View (29).
Once done click Save (30) to apply changes.
Note: If using a medium or large template, each view will be treated as a separate room, requiring you to add multiple views (example, View 1, View 2 for a medium-sized template).
