Here’s how to add an About Page to your gallery, such as a Biography, Exhibition or Artist Statement, Introduction or a Gallery Info containing a description of the exhibition or details about your activity.
Accessing the Info Box
Click on the main menu “My Art Gallery” (1) and then on “Info Box”.
Choose the gallery you want to edit from the menu at the top center.
Creating a Page
Click on the “Plus” (2) button. You can add predefined elements such as columns, videos, photos, maps, etc.
Adding a Title
Select “Page Header” (3) to insert a title for your biography.
Select the default text and delete it. Write the title, center it, and set the font.
In the toolbar above (4), you’ll find standard text formatting options such as font styles (bold, italic, underline), bullet points, adding links, text alignment, colors, and more.
Adding Contents
Click the “Plus” button again and add a “Text Block” (5) where you can include additional text, such as a full description.
To add an image—such as a personal photo, a logo, or any other image—click the “Plus” button, select “Photo” (6), and a default image will appear.
Customizing the Image
Click on the photo, then on the “Settings” icon (7).
Click on “Change Photo” (8) to upload your own image and save it.
Next to each block, on the left, you’ll see options to move it up or down, duplicate it, or delete it.
Clicking on the icons representing different device types (9) (desktop, tablet, smartphone) allows you to preview how the page will appear on different screens.
Advanced Editing Options
For advanced users, there is an option to modify the page via HTML. Click on the “HTML” button next to the editor to view, write, or edit the code generated for your content.
If you already have an existing webpage, you can clone the HTML code and integrate it into the gallery.
Saving and Previewing Your Page
At the top right corner, under the “HTML” button, you’ll find three additional buttons:
The first allows you to preview your biography in the gallery.
The second switches the editor to full-screen mode.
The third and most important button lets you save all changes. Click “Save”.
Enabling the Info Box in the Gallery
Once the Info Box page is created, it must be enabled in the gallery.
Click on “Editor UI” (10) from the main menu.
Click on the “Info” (11) icon. A popup will appear, allowing you to choose how to display or hide it, where to place the icon in the gallery, and whether it should be a popup or a label.
After making your selections, click “Save” (12).
Congratulations! You have now successfully created and added a page to your gallery.
