Create a new gallery

Discover how to build a new gallery using 360° photos or predefined templates and easily publish it

Access the “My Art Gallery” Section

Click on the main menu “My Art Gallery” and then on “List Art Galleries“(1).

In the field “Name” enter a name for your gallery, For example, type “Ben’s Gallery” (2).

Click on the “Sample” (3) icon to disable it.

Click on the “Create” (4) Button at the top right corner.

Create Your First Room

After clicking “Create“, a pop-up window will ask if you want to create a room.

Click “Yes, Add room“ and provide a name for the room, such as “Ben’s Room” (1).

Choose how to create the room:

Custom 360° Image: Upload your photo of a real gallery or space clicking “Browse (2) and the “Upload“, or

Predefined Templates: Select a room from existing templates clicking on “Select a Template” (3). Depending on the subscription plan, different room sizes (Small, Medium or Large) and styles (Warm Modern,” “Cold Modern,”“Classic” and others will be available.

Click “Create” (4) to confirm.

Add Interactive Hotspots (a first Artwork)

From the left menu, click on “Hotspot“.

Inside the gallery, “Click” the green “+” icon in the top-right corner and click it to add a new hotspot

Configure the hotspot: a popup window will open.

– Under “Style“: Choose the element you want to appear on the gallery such as an Icon, a painting, etc. In this case select “Painting (or other image)“ to add your first Artwork.

– Under “Content“: Choose the information displayed when the hotspot is clicked such as an image, video, PDFs, 3D file, etc. In this case we select “None” as we just want to show the image in the gallery, with no further action.

Adjust the painting’s size and position in the “Move” window:

Resize by dragging the corners (1).

Move by dragging the center of the painting (2).

Once satisfied, click “Save“.

Add an image to the painting:

Click “Browse” (1) , select the desired image from your device

Click “Upload” (2).

Save” (3) your changes again.

The painting will appear in the Gallery.

Clicking on it, 4 options will appear if we want to adjust or edit it:

Move” (1) allows to move the painting

Edit” (2) allows to edit the painting and its contents

Duplicate” (3) duplicate the painting in the same room or other room

Delete”  (4)

Follow these steps again to add more paintings or different Hotspots to your Gallery.

Insert a Biography

Click the “Info Box” (1) section of the “My Art Gallery” menu, 

Click the “+“(2) button in the venter of the page to add a section in the page and choose “Text Block“. Click over it to enter the text you want. A text editor will appear, where you can change the style, font, size, alignment etc for the text. E.g. your artist or gallery name, such as “Ben’s Gallery Bio“. Add more “Text Block” or other kind of block to customize your page with your biography or additional information.

Click the green “Save “(3) button to finalize.

Configure the Biography Display

Open the “Editor UI “(1) section from the main menu.

Click on the “i” (2) to configure the infobox:

Choose whether to display it minimized or fully open (3).

Adjust its position using the “Icon Position “(4) setting.

Click “Save” (5) for save your changes.

Publish and View Your Gallery

From the main menu, click on “Publish” (1)

Click on “Art Gallery” (2).

Here are the links to share your gallery:

Click on the “Link” (3) or enter a custom name on “Friendly Link”. You can also copy the Link just clicking on the black ‘Copy’ icon on the right or generate a QR code clicking on the grey ‘QR’ icon.

Click the upward “arrow” (4) at the end of the link. The gallery will open in a new browser window for viewing.

You have now successfully set up a new gallery.
